1. Cancellation

You can cancel your domain, hosting, email or website at any time. Please note that you must cancel your product or service before it renews for a subsequent period in order to avoid being charged for the next period's Service Fee. If you cancel your product or service, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current period. You will need to cancel your product or service through Hosting-Group office. If you obtained your product or service through a Partner, other than Hosting-Group, you will need to cancel your product or service directly with such Partner.

2. No Refunds

Since HostingGroup.biz is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THAT ARE CANCELLED MID-PERIOD. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your product or service until the end of the period billing cycle. Each Partner  reserves the right to offer refunds, discounts or other consideration in select circumstances at its sole discretion. Please note that each circumstance is unique and election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.
